THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from Studio of Wonders?

Made to create.
Our studio contains more than 20 interactive worlds to bring your creative ideas to life. Photos, videos, reels, TikToks – you name it, we can do it.

Not only do we provide over 600 m2 of space for content creation, but also sets and backdrops that will make your social media feed stand out from the crowd.

Where is the experience located?

Basement Floor, Hofstatt, Sendlinger Str. 10, 80331 Munich

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

It’s an Indoor venue in the basement floor of the Hofstatt Mall in Munich

How long does the experience last?

90 minutes of experience

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Of course - it is highly encouraged! You’re also welcome to tag our Instagram account to get featured there.

Will restrooms be available on site?

There are no public restrooms onsite but various places around the Hofstatt to use the restroom.

Will it be possible to buy food and beverages on site?

No, food and beverages are not allowed at the experience.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the exhibition?

There are a limited number of chairs at the reception. A majority of the installations do not have seats.

What is the minimum age requirement?

Recommended for people over 3 years of age; Individuals under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

To avoid crowds, please arrive at the scheduled time.

What happens if I arrive late?

We may be able to let you in if you are up to 30 minutes late to your time slot. However, to enjoy the experience to the fullest, we recommend arriving on time so to not cut your time slot short.

Is alcohol permitted?

No.

What do I do if I have any questions about accessibility / special accommodations?

There’s an elevator directly next to the entrance. The majority of installations are barrier-free; Feel free to call us or write us on Social Media with specific questions.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, a couple of parking garages are available near the mall such as City-Parkhaus on Färbergraben 5 · 80331 Munich

Is there a cloakroom or lockers available on site?

Yes, there is a place to hang coats as well as lockers onsite.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, there is an elevator that leads directly to the studio and many of the rooms inside the studio are suitable for individuals with reduced mobility.

Where can I get tickets?

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for this experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. The non-refundable conditions of the tickets are agreed upon before the purchase.
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert start time stated on your originally purchased ticket. If you wish to modify your ticket and meet these conditions, please contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be granted. For more information, you can refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.

Where can I learn about the privacy policy?

You will find everything about the privacy policy here.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. You just need to click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do the children need to pay for a ticket?

Yes, parents or guardians need to purchase tickets for children, naturally at a discounted price.

Can I make a group or B2B booking?

For all group bookings or B2B requests like film and video productions, please contact our on-site team at munich@studioofwonders.com.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

This shouldn’t be an issue! We will look up your information in our system and match it to a valid ID of yours.

Is there air conditioning?

We do not have air conditioning but we are located in the basement floor with a circulation system so it never reaches a high temperature in the studio.

Do we offer carer tickets ?

Yes, we do offer tickets to those who are taking care of disabled individuals.

Who do I contact regarding press passes or sponsorships?
