What can I expect from Studio of Wonders Berlin?
Made to create. Our studio contains more than 30 interactive worlds to bring your creative ideas to life. Photos, videos, reels, TikToks – you name it, we can do it. Not only do we provide over 600 m2 of space for content creation, but also sets and backdrops that will make your social media feed stand out from the crowd.
Where is the experience located?
We are located right in the heart of Berlin, at Leipziger Platz 12 in the Mall of Berlin – 2nd floor and within walking distance from the Brandenburg Gate, Friedrichstraße and Potsdamer Platz.
On Sundays/Holidays: Please use the big blue door of the AllStar Gym on the Mall of Berlin Square on a Sunday or public holiday. From there, take the left-hand lift to the 2nd floor, where the Studio of Wonders is located.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in a venue.
How long does the experience last?
You will have up to 90 minutes to explore our exhibition. But please don't feel stressed – if you need a few minutes longer, just let our staff know.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and tag us on
Instagram. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience does not have virtual reality.
Is there a dress code?
There's no set dress code; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Unfortunately, there will not be merchandise for sale at the event.
ACCESS
Is there parking available?
The Mall of Berlin has a large multi-storey car park, which is a two-minute walk away. The connection via bus, S-Bahn and U-Bahn, is also perfect.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 10 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location—not even service animals.

What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking, vaping and alcohol is prohibited on site.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
We are happy to confirm that both deaf and visually impaired people will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at

Is there a coat check available?
Yes, we have lockers in the entrance area.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience! Please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 3 years old will be allowed in for free.
